Has my order shipped?

Log in to your account by clicking on the "ACCOUNT" button at the top right of our site and then clicking on the "Sign in" link to enter your credentials and confirm them by pressing the "LOGIN" button. Once logged into your account, click on the "ORDER HISTORY" button to view the orders you have placed since your account was created. Under the heading "Status" you can view the progress of your order and by clicking on "Details" link, you can get more information about it.


How do I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, you can easily track the shipment at any time.

If you made your purchase as a Guest, you can click on the "Guest Order Tracking" link you can find in the order confirmation email, sent to the address provided while purchasing. Alternatively, you can click on the same link you find in the footer of our website, under heading "Information", then clicking on "SEND" button after entering order reference and email address provided while purchasing.

If, on the other hand, you made your purchase as a Registered User, then you can comfortably follow its status and know its estimated delivery date, directly by logging into your account under heading "ORDER HISTORY".

In both cases, however, you will always be kept constantly updated by email on any status change of your order.


What should I do if I haven't receive my order yet?

Log in to your account and check order status and related details on the "ORDER HISTORY" page. If you made your purchase as a Guest, you can check your order status by clicking on the "Guest Order Tracking" link you can find in the order confirmation email or on the same link you can find in the footer of our website.

Make sure all items in your order have already been shipped. If your items each show "delivered" status, please contact our customer service with your order reference and item reference or product name of the missing item.


What to do if an item of my order is missing?

If an item is missing from your parcel, even though it’s listed on your delivery note, please log in to your account and check in the "ORDER HISTORY" page your order status and related details. If you made your purchase as a Guest, you can check your order status by clicking on the "Guest Order Tracking" link you can find in the order confirmation email or on the same link you can find in the footer of our website.

If your items each show the status "delivered", please contact our Customer Service with your order reference and item reference or product name of the missing item.


When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items will be delivered based on the information shown, at the time of the order, in the appropriate field on the product page. 


However, under certain circumstances, they may experience some slight delays  for reasons beyond our control. On the off chance that it happens, it would be our care to notify you promptly, in this regard you may also check the status of your order anytime, by logging into your account page under heading "ORDER HISTORY".

As soon as your backorder has been entrusted to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you have provided, with related tracking information, where you will also be updated of any status changes.
