Backordered items will be delivered based on the information shown, at the time of the order, in the appropriate field on the product page. 

However, under certain circumstances, they may experience some slight delays  for reasons beyond our control. On the off chance that it happens, it would be our care to notify you promptly, in this regard you may also check the status of your order anytime, by logging into your account page under heading "ORDER HISTORY".

As soon as your backorder has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you have provided, with related tracking information, where you will also be updated of any status changes.

NOTE: if you wish to place an order in which there are also items waiting for restock and available on backorder, we advise you, if you do not want to wait, to place two separate orders, one for the available items and one for those in backorder, this is because for each order a single shipment is made.
