1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days Legal + 16 Days Extended)
You have the right to cancel your purchase and return your items for any reason within 30 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods. This includes the statutory 14-day cooling-off period required by EU law plus an additional 16 days provided by Pixxelife.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right to return, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement (e.g., via email or, preferably, via the "RMA REQUESTS" section of your customer account or, if you are not registered, via the "Guest RMA" link in the footer).

3. Returning the Goods
Once you have notified us, you must send the items back to us within 14 days.
•   Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and, where possible, original packaging.
•   Costs: You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the items unless they are faulty or we have specifically agreed to cover return shipping.

4. Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your return notification. We may delay the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
•   Please note: If you have requested a delivery method other than our standard courier, we are only required to refund the cost of our standard delivery option.

5. Exceptions
The right of Withdrawal does not apply to:
•   Sealed collectibles if opened after delivery (e.g., factory-sealed vintage video game cartridges).
•   Seales software and media if opened after delivery (e.g., DVDs and vinyl records).
•   Digital content after physical or virtual delivery (e.g., digital downloads or subscription cards/codes).
•   Customized goods upon request after delivery (e.g., items customized to your specifications).

6. Statutory Guarantee
Regardless of our 30-day return policy, all products purchased in the EU are covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee against faults or lack of conformity. If a product is defective, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
