Some products on sale on Pixxelife are subject to backorder, i.e. they are temporarily out of stock as they are waiting for restock but can be ordered anyway.

Backorder is available for all those products not yet on the market but on the way, products available in limited quantities, products which due to high demand are temporarily in restock or at a special price: backorder is therefore a safe and convenient way to secure a product, also having priority over all other customers who decide to be waiting for actual warehouse availability before placing the order.

Delivery times are shown in the product page and may sometimes vary based on the distribution method of the brand or product by the distributor or manufacturer. If the waiting time changes from the estimated one, we will provide advance notice.

In case of a mixed cart, i.e. made up of products available in stock and products available on backorder, or in the event of a delay with respect to the estimated delivery times, we will contact you to arrange the shipment according to your needs and actual availability times of backordered goods.
